Registration

All of the following forms are required for first time families. Returning families will need to fill out a liability waver each year.

Liability Waiver
Statement of Faith

Registration dates and fees will be updated and posted during open enrollment periods.

Payments can be made through this Paypal link or sent via check to our Treasurer.
